Aigues-Mortes to miejscowość i gmina we Francja|Francji, w regionie Langwedocja-Roussillon, w departamencie Gard (departament)|Gard.
Według danych na rok 1990 gminę zamieszkiwało 4999 osób, a gęstość zaludnienia wynosiła 87 osób/km² (wśród 1545 gmin Langwedocja-Roussillon|Langwedocji-Roussillon Aigues-Mortes plasuje się na 62. miejscu pod względem liczby ludności, natomiast pod względem powierzchni na miejscu 40.).
Założenie miasta przypisuje się Rzymianom, chociaż najstarszy dokument wspominający miasto pochodzi z X w. Ludwik IX Święty przebudował port w XIII w., jako jedyny śródziemnomorski port w tym czasie. Był to punkt wyjściowy siódmej krucjaty (1248) i ósmej krycjaty (1270). Upadek miasta nastąpił wskutek zamulenia wód, co spowodowało niemożność używania portu. Strategiczną rolę Aigues Mortes przejęła wówczas Marsylia. W mieście zachowały się mury i wieże miejskie z 1240 r., z czasów Ludwika Świętego
