Nagoja: Guide

Nagoja, Nagoya (Japonii oraz stolicą prefektura|prefektury prefektura Aichi|Aichi w regionie region Chūbu|Chūbu na wyspie Honsiu.

Historia

Początkowo była to wieś rybacka. W 1591 r. była to główna kwatera wojsk Toyotomi Hideyoshi|Toyotomiego Hideyoshiego w kampanii koreańskiej. Po rewolucji Meiji w 1868 gwałtowny rozwój. Od 1 października 1889 r. posiada status miasta. Została jednak niemal całkowicie zniszczona podczas II wojna światowa|II wojny światowej. Po wojnie została szybko odbudowana i jest jednym z najnowocześniejszych miast kraju.

Zabytki

Najbardziej znane zabytki to zbudowany w Wielkiego Chramu Atsuta (熱田神宮 – Atsuta-jingū) oraz świątynie: Chofukuji (VIII wiek|VIII w.), Toshogu (początek XVII wiek|XVII w.), Shinpukuji (XVII wiek|XVII w.) i Higashi-Honganji (XVII wiek|XVII, XIX wiek|XIX w.).

Nagoya Tetsudō i Kinki Nippon Tetsudō – prywatne regionalne przedsiębiorstwa kolejowe obsługują region Tōkai i Kansai.
